SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time:

  • Please allow up to 14 business days for order processing.
  • Orders will not be processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time:

  • For in-stock items, shipping typically takes 2-5 business days.
  • If an item is out of stock, delivery may take up to 1-2 weeks. If the item requires customisation (e.g., a specific hand-applied colour), processing time may extend to 1-3 weeks, depending on the volume of orders.

Order Updates:

  • During the processing period, no updates will be provided. Please refrain from inquiring about order status until the stated processing time has passed.
  • Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive an email containing Track and Trace details.

Tracking Information:

  • After processing, tracking details will be sent to your email automatically.
  • Please note, tracking information will not be available before the processing period has concluded.

Shipping Times:

  • After dispatch, orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days.

 

REFUND POLICY

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or for unwanted orders, and request a full or partial refund to the original payment method rather than opting for store credit or an exchange, please note the following:

  • Requests for refunds must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • A payment processing fee of 4% will be deducted from the refund, as these fees are not reimbursed to us by the payment processor used at checkout.
  • Shipping costs (both original and return postage) will also be deducted from the refund amount. If you would prefer store credit to returns for change of preference, this will be valued in full to be used within 12 months.

Please ensure that your return request is in accordance with these terms before proceeding.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed immediately to ensure we can deliver to you as soon as possible. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled/ modified once placed.

Unauthorised returns/ international return to sender actions will be refused or subject to a return fee of 15% plus original shipping label fees.

 

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item due to a change of mind or personal preference, we are happy to accommodate this request under the following conditions:

  • The exchange request must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.
  • The item must be in pristine condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The exchange can be made for a product of equal value, or you may opt for store credit for the original value of the item.
  • A mandatory postage fee will apply for exchanges, which must be paid by the customer.

If the product is defective or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, you are entitled to either a full refund or an exchange for a product of equal value, subject to assessment.

  • Return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We strongly recommend using a courier service that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation, as we cannot be held liable for loss or damage during return shipping.
  • Exchanges or refunds will be processed only once the returned item has been received and assessed.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom-made Products, Products on Sale  or items marked as Pre-Order, as specified on each product page.
