Shipping Policy
Please allow up to 14 business days max. for all orders to process.
(Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays)
You will NOT receive any updates on your order while it's being processed.
Items in stock take 2-3 business days for shipping. Please contact us first to know if the item you want is in stock or not.
If the desired item is not in stock , it can take 1-2 weeks before receiving your order. (Please note that if your desired item requires customisation due to a specific colour that can only be achieved by hand, it may take 1-3 weeks for you to receive your order, depending on te volume of orders.) You will receive a Track and Trace code in your e-mail inbox once your order is ready to ship.
Please do not request tracking information or updates on your order unless the appropriate processing time for the order has passed, which is the amount of time you agreed to when order was placed. Tracking information will be automatically sent via email after the order
has been processed.
After processing, you will receive tracking information for your order(s) via email.

Ready to ship orders ship out within 2-3 business days.
After an order is in the hands of POSTNL OR DHL, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.
Please make sure your address is correct at check out, as we are not responsible for making sure this is indeed correct. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address. If your package is returned to us, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again.

Refund Policy
Because we strive on processing and shipping items out as soon as possible, orders cannot be altered once payment is complete.
Due to the nature of our product and hygiene regulations, once purchased frontals , closures and bundles cannot be refunded. Refunds and exchanges are NOT offered on any product as all of our products are final sale.
We offer no warranty or guarantee: if you damage your frontal , closure or bundles in any way , we are not liable and will NOT offer you a refund or exchange.
Any chemicals or hair products that you use is out of our control or any other person that places it on the hair is out of our control. You are free to message or email us for any kind of information on what to use on the hair for after care.
Please ensure that you test all hair products before using it on the hair as this can cause damage.
We are also not responsible for any damage caused by over bleaching or hair dye. We suggest seeking professional help when dying your hair extensions.
